Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

       The product is unused and in its original packaging

       The product is not a consumable that has been opened

       The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

       Opened herbal supplements or consumable products

       Products purchased on clearance or special discount

       Items returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

1.    Contact us at taseerstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.    Our team will review your request within 48 hours.

3.    If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you through the return process.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or store credit.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
